Let's look at what we did in 2010.

• 1727 personal loans made with a total value of £760k
• This is a great achievement and demonstrates how MCF has successfully expanded their reach into new communities, when compared with 720 loans valued at £330K for 2009.
• MCF is still interested in delivering Business Loans and continues to look for funding opportunities to expand the business portfolio.

• 16% of personal loans were made to customers in receipt of disability living allowance.

• It's important to monitor how many of our customers have previously used high rate lenders or loan sharks. The chart below shows that 55% of our customers admitted to using a high rate doorstep collector or loan shark previously.
